Funkional Fitness

Improve your fitness levels through drills using martial arts techniques and strategies for self defense.

I also do corrective, cardio, resistance, mobility and whole body vibration training to give you a total body workout.

I combine these fitness workouts with your martial arts technique drills to make your workouts fun. safe and to increase your health as well as your fitness levels.

Self-Defense: The B.S.R. System this is the foundation of Funkional Martial Arts.  It is effecient, effective and it works with in the confines of the law.


Health & Wellness

I have a health program that promotes optimal health in the body, that is also quite effective to naturally control and or to reverse degenerative diseases and all types of chronic conditions. This program is necessary for optimal health and is recommended for athletes and serious competitors.

This program does guarantee weight loss, pain management, detoxification of the body and an increase in nutrient absorption in the body.

Why Personal and In-home Training.

Because conventional self-defence services are just too expensive, inconvenient, inflexible and ineffective for today's working generation.

Most people do not have the ability to arrange their jobs around the time that they need to train to be effective at self-defence and to get into shape, so this is why I offer in-home training.

I am also obsessed with helping people to actually learn how to defend themselves in a short period of time with a system that works and works within the confines of the law against a bigger, stronger opponent and can be proven under the pressure of a fully resisting opponent.

Small Group Classes and or Personal Training

Lots of one on one attention equals faster learning which means it will take a lot less time for you to get really good at self-defence.

Another major benefit is that you will know that what you are learning works because I or any of my certified coaches will demonstrate the system's effectiveness under the pressure of a fully resisting opponent.

More For Your Money

We do not charge you an arm and a leg for you to learn how to defend yourself, the costs are very reasonable and you are not paying for classes that you can not attend.

You are pretty much paying regular large class rates for semi private classes that you book for your convenience.

When a program is developed around your life schedule and goals means you can train when you want, where you want and how you want.

WHERE CAN YOU TRAIN?


To ensure that we can offer the most convenient and flexible training schedule I have made it possible for my students or clients to train in pretty much any type of environment that will work for them whenever they can.

TRAIN AT MY HOME

I have a 12ft by 15 ft padded training area where I teach and spar students and competitors.

I also have all the training equipment needed, all you need to do is to bring you, water and a towel.

TRAIN AT YOUR HOME

All we need is about a 10ft by 10ft area to safely train.  I will be bringing all the necessary training equipment to you.

We bring the gym to you so that you can train in the comfort of your own home.

TRAIN AT A GYM OR WORKPLACE

If you own a martial arts gym and you would like to have me come out and teach there or you would like to have me come to a workplace environment to teach.

I do offer specialized seminars.
